Mr Lee is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company. Mr Lee is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia Ltd., a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He has over 30 years commercial experience and is currently a Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of several listed public companies in Australia and a Director, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of a US Corporation listed on the over the counter market in the USA, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of a further three US Corporations listed on the over the counter market in the USA and a former Director of a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
